For most photoshoots, we’ll work indoors at your office location, carefully selecting a time when the natural light is optimal. To ensure a consistent backdrop, we can bring in studio lighting and a white background (included in the price). Outdoor sessions offer a different vibe. We’ll recommend the best time based on your location and desired aesthetic as the ideal time for outdoor shoots varies by season.

Secure your session with a non-refundable retainer. We’ll schedule a convenient time that fits your busy schedule. Whether you prefer to have your photos taken in our studio or at your office location, we’ll accommodate your needs.
03 / PREPARATION
We’ll coordinate wardrobe, location, and any other details to ensure a seamless photo shoot experience. Our team will provide guidance on outfit choices and offer suggestions for creating a professional and polished look.
04 / PHOTOSHOOT
One of our professional business photographers will capture high- quality images that showcase your team’s professionalism and expertise. We’ll use a variety of poses and backgrounds to create a diverse range of photos that reflect your brand identity.

Can I request a variety of photos for my team?
Absolutely! Our corporate headshot photographers will capture a range of photos, including full team shots, group photos, and individual headshots. We recommend a minimum of four setups per booking to ensure we capture the best images for your team. This flexibility allows you to create a diverse and comprehensive set of photos that showcase your team’s professionalism and camaraderie.
Is travel included in the price of the shoot?
If you’re located in NYC below 90th Street, travel is included in the session fee. For clients outside Manhattan, travel fees will be determined on a case-by-case basis. We welcome travel opportunities and are happy to discuss specific arrangements for locations in the Tri-State area.
Do you ever shoot in the studio?
Briar Rose offers several natural light studios that we can utilize. Our studios provide a well-lit environment, allowing for flexibility during your photo shoot. These sessions often book up quickly and require a booking fee upfront, so please let us know as soon as possible if you’re interested in a studio session.
What if it rains?
While rain can be a concern, most of our sessions take place indoors, minimizing weather-related disruptions. If you’ve booked an outdoor session, overcast days can actually create some of the best lighting conditions. Your photographer will communicate with you 30 minutes to one hour before your session to discuss any necessary adjustments or potential rescheduling.
What kind of touch-ups are done to interior photos?
Our interior photo retouching is meticulous. We carefully remove distractions like exit signs, declutter desks, adjust lighting, and eliminate cords, plugs, and pipes to ensure your office space looks its best. Our goal is to present your space in the most favorable light. Additionally, we welcome any specific retouching requests from you to further enhance the appearance of your office.
Do I have to pay for the shoot upfront?
A non-refundable retainer is required for every session, which is typically 50% of the total session fee. Please note that there are reschedule and cancellation fees outlined in your contract. We accept payments via Zelle and credit card. Credit card payments incur a small processing fee.
