| Seasonal Mini limited dates and set format | from $380 |
Custom Minis are 30-minute sessions at a location, date and time of your choice, offered by select photographers. Groups of four or fewer; babies must be older than four months. Main Roster
Our most experienced and long-standing Briar Rose photographers, with established portfolios across families, portraits and events. A great choice when you have a specific photographer or vision in mind.
New Faces
Professional photographers hand-selected to work in the Briar Rose style. Newer to our team than the Main Roster, they offer the same thoughtful planning and polished experience at a lower starting investment.
Where does Briar Rose Photo Co. photograph?
We work throughout New York, with a focus on New York City and the Hamptons, as well as New Jersey, Connecticut, Southern Florida, and Los Angeles. Tell us where you have in mind, and we’ll confirm photographer availability and any travel costs in your quote.
What payment is required upfront?
In most cases, a non-refundable retainer of 50% reserves your date. Mini sessions are paid in full when booked. Your proposal and contract will show the payment schedule for your session.
Can I purchase additional retouched images?
Yes. For portrait sessions, you may order professionally retouched images beyond those included in your package. Event galleries receive color and lighting edits; individual images can be professionally retouched for an additional fee if requested.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We can customize a payment plan for your booking. Let us know what would be helpful when you inquire, and we’ll discuss the options before you reserve your date.
Can I choose my Briar Rose photographer?
Yes, tell us if you have someone in mind. We’ll confirm their availability and help you choose the right photographer for your session.
What is the Student Board?
It’s a way to book select sessions with an emerging photographer mentored by Michelle Rose at a lower investment. Availability is limited; you can view Ashley’s work before choosing a session.
How far in advance should I inquire?
As early as you can, especially for weekends and seasonal dates. We ask for at least seven days’ notice whenever possible so we can plan your session.
